Section Fis 1505.03 - Termination or Transfer of Ownership of Business(a) The holder of an annual rental agent license shall return all rental registration decals and registration certificates to the department within 3 days of the occurrence of any of the following events: (1) The rental agent ceases to conduct business under the name shown on the license;(2) The rental agent transfers ownership of his or her business to another person or entity; or(3) The rental agent is notified by the department of the suspension or revocation of the annual rental agent license.(b) In the event the rental registration decals are not returned in a timely manner, the matter shall be referred to law enforcement for further action.N.H.
