Section Fis 1201.01 - Course Required(a) For purposes of this part, "hunter education course" means a course that meets both the requirements of the basic hunter education program as provided for in RSA 214:23-a, I and the specialized bowhunter education program as provided for in RSA 214:23-a, II.(b) All hunting or archery license applicants required to obtain a certificate of completion, under RSA 214:23-a, shall first successfully complete a hunter education course, in the classroom or online with a field day.N.H.
