Section Fis 1109.03 - Incomplete Form(a) All forms shall be reviewed by the department in accordance with RSA 541-A: 29.(b) The submitting party shall be notified of any apparent errors or omissions and allowed to resubmit the form to the department, provided that this opportunity shall not extend any date or deadline for the submission of information to the department imposed elsewhere in these rules.N.H.
