Section Fis 1107.01 - Multi-license Form - Electronic Issuance(a) The multi-form license described in Fis 1101.01 may be issued electronically by accessing the department online license website at https://www.nhfishandgame.com/. (b) An applicant shall provide, in addition to the information required by RSA 214:8 and Fis 1101.01, the following: (1) An email address; and(2) Credit card information to include: d. A confirmation of the card holder information.(c) License confirmation and an internet link to the PDF file for license printing shall be sent to the email address.N.H. Admin. Code § Fis 1107.01
