Section Fis 1102.10 - Permit to Place or Use a Blind(a) Pursuant to RSA 207:36-a, no person shall erect, build, or use a tree stand or observation blind, or build or use a pit blind, or cut trees in conjunction therewith, upon lands of another person unless express, written permission to take such actions has been procured from the property owner or his or her designee.(b) Written permission shall be obtained from the landowner on the "Permit to Place or Use Blinds/Stands" form, Rev 06/2015, provided by the department. One copy shall be retained by the hunter-permittee, and the other copy shall be filed with the fish and game department at 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.(c) The permittee shall carry the written permission document on his or her person while on land of another, and the permit shall be subject to inspection upon the request of any conservation officer or law enforcement officer.N.H.
