Section Fire 204.02 - Commission Action Upon Petition

Within 60 days of filing, the commission shall respond to the petitioner in writing. If the commission grants the petition, the commission shall provide its ruling to the director of legislative services as required by law. The commission shall reject the petition if it is inadequate or beyond the scope of the commission's authority as specified in RSA 21-P:27.
