Section Eth 214.03 - Petition for Rulemaking(a) Any person may request the committee to commence a proceeding for the purpose of adopting, amending, or repealing a rule by filing a written petition that contains: (1) A statement of the petitioner's request for the proposed rule;(2) The text of the proposed rule or a statement of the particular results intended by the petitioner's interest in the subject matter of the proposed rule;(3) An identification of the particular rule sought to be amended or repealed;(4) Any data or argument the petitioner believes would be useful to the committee in deciding whether to commence a rulemaking proceeding; and(5) Name, address, and signature of petitioner, and date.N.H.
