Section Eth 201.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to provide the procedure for requests for advisory opinions, complaints, investigations, and hearings conducted by the committee. The provisions of these rules are intended to supplement the procedures established by RSA 21-G, RSA 541-A, and any other procedures established under any other applicable statute.
