Section Esb 104.08 - Transcripts

(a) All board meetings shall be recorded.

(b) The recording shall be kept available for inspection.

(c) A copy of the recording may be requested.

(d) Persons requesting a copy of the tape recording shall bear the cost of duplication.

(e) Recordings of proceedings shall be preserved for a period no less than 6 months from the conclusion of the board meeting date.
