Section Env-WtC 203.11 - Withdrawal of Appeal(a) The appellant may withdraw the appeal at any time prior to a final decision being made by the council.(b) To withdraw the appeal, the appellant shall:(1) Submit a written notice of withdrawal to the appeals clerk stating that the appeal is being withdrawn; and(2) Serve a copy on all other parties to the appeal pursuant to Env-WtC 203.10.(c) If the appeal was resolved by a settlement, the appellant shall attach a copy of the settlement to the notice of withdrawal.N.H.
