Section Env-WtC 203.08 - Representatives(a) Any party to an appeal before the council may be represented by an attorney licensed to practice law in New Hampshire or such other individual as the party designates. This provision shall not be construed to permit the unauthorized practice of law as defined by the New Hampshire supreme court or the New Hampshire general court.(b) All representatives shall obtain and become familiar with these procedural rules prior to filing any documents with the council or appearing before the council.N.H.
