Section Env-Wt 905.01 - Applicability(a) The rules in this part shall apply to any employee of a state or municipal public works agency who wishes to be certified to maintain, repair, replace, or modify culverts as provided in RSA 482-A:3, XVII, reprinted in Appendix D.(b) Nothing in this part shall be construed to prevent routine roadway maintenance activities from being undertaken in accordance with Env-Wt 308.04 or Env-Wt 309.03.(c) Nothing in this part shall be construed to prevent a certified individual from undertaking culvert maintenance activities for a state or municipal public works agency other than the one by which the individual is employed, for example pursuant to an inter-municipal agreement.N.H.
