Section Env-Wt 901.03 - ExemptionsThe following activities and crossings shall be exempt from Env-Wt 903 and Env-Wt 904, provided they are conducted in accordance with all applicable conditions:
(a) Minimum impact routine roadway maintenance activities conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 308.04, or Env-Wt 309.03(b) Minimum impact projects to allow vehicular access to a piece of property for forest management activities, conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 520;(c) Minimum impact agricultural activities conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 522;(d) Minimum impact trail activities conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 517; and(f) Temporary crossings, so long as the area in which the crossing was placed is restored to pre-installation conditions when the crossing is removed.N.H.
