Section Env-Wt 808.10 - Environmental Site Assessment Requirements(a) The applicant shall submit an environmental site assessment for any property that is the subject of a request for funding from the ARM Fund and that, based on information in the department's GIS or a site walk performed by the department, contains known or potential sources of contamination.(b) An environmental site assessment shall be performed by an environmental consultant who has at least 5 years' experience in preparing site assessments.(c) An environmental site assessment shall include the following: (1) A history of land usage;(2) A description of the site inspection;(3) A review of all department records relating to site investigations or other environmental assessments for all properties located within 1,000 feet of the property;(4) A description of the review conducted pursuant to (3), above, including the date of the review and who conducted the review;(5) A description of the findings from any files reviewed pursuant to (3), above; and(6) An opinion by the consultant that there are no contamination concerns for the property(ies) proposed for protection.(d) The applicant shall submit the environmental site assessment to the department upon completion.N.H.
