Section Env-Wt 808.05 - Signatures Required for Pre-Proposals and Applications(a) If the applicant is an individual, the applicant shall sign and date the pre-proposal and the application.(b) If the applicant is an organization or other legal entity, the official of the applicant who has been authorized to sign the pre-proposal or application shall sign and date the document and print or type his or her name and title on the document.(c) A signature provided under (a) or (b), above, shall constitute certification that: (1) The information contained in or otherwise submitted with the application is true, complete, and not misleading to the best of the applicant's knowledge and belief;(2) The applicant understands that: a. The submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for denying the application or revoking any award of ARM funds that is made based on such information; andb. The applicant is subject to the penalties for falsification in official matters specified RSA 641 or any successor New Hampshire statute.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wt 808.05
