Section Env-Wt 807.04 - Monitoring Report(a) The permittee responsible for a mitigation project shall submit monitoring reports to the department as specified in the mitigation monitoring plan required by Env-Wt 803.04.(b) The permittee also shall submit a final monitoring report.N.H.
