Section Env-Wt 804.02 - Dimensions(a) Subject to (b), below, an upland buffer shall be a minimum of 100 feet wide and contiguous with the protected resource(s).(b) For permittee-responsible stream mitigation, an upland riparian buffer shall be a minimum of 300 feet in length, as measured parallel to the centerline of the stream, and 100 feet in width, as measured from the limits of the bank, on both sides of the watercourse.N.H.
