Section Env-Wt 704.04 - Public Hearing

A public hearing shall be held by the department in accordance with the provisions of Env-C 200 that apply to non-adjudicative proceedings prior to approving an application for any project in a prime wetlands/buffer if required by Env-Wt 704.03(d) or RSA 482-A:8.
