Section Env-Wt 611.07 - Project Classifications: Minimum Impact Projects The following projects shall qualify as minimum impact projects:
(a) Dune restoration projects that meet the requirements for restoration under Env-Wt 407.04; and(b) Structure construction or other landscape alteration of previously-developed in-fill lots located in the dune slack area on which there are no threatened or endangered species.N.H.
