Section Env-Wt 610.17 - Project Classifications(a) A major project shall be:(1) Any dredging, filling, or construction activity, or any combination thereof, that is proposed to: a. Occur within 100 feet of the HOTL; andb. Alter any tidal shoreline bank, tidal flat, wetlands, surface water, or undeveloped uplands; or(2) A project that would be major based on an aggregation of projects under Env-Wt 400.(b) A minor project shall be any dredging, filling, or construction activity, or any combination thereof, that: (1) Involves work within 75 feet of a saltmarsh in the developed upland tidal buffer;(2) Is not a major project; and(3) Will disturb 3,000 SF or more but less than 10,000 SF in the developed upland tidal buffer.(c) A minimum impact project shall be any dredging, filling, or construction activity, or any combination thereof, that: (1) Is in a previously developed upland area;(2) Is within 100 feet of the HOTL; and(3) Will disturb less than 3,000 SF.N.H.
