Section Env-Wt 605.02 - Additional Requirements for Projects In or Adjacent to Tidal Waters/Wetlands and Tidal Buffer Zones An applicant for a permit for work in or adjacent to tidal waters/wetlands or the tidal buffer zone also shall demonstrate that the following have been avoided or minimized as required by Env-Wt 313.04:
(a) Adverse impacts to beach or tidal flat sediment replenishment;(b) Adverse impacts to the movement of sediments along a shore;(c) Adverse impacts on a tidal wetland's ability to dissipate wave energy and storm surge; and(d) Adverse impacts of project runoff on salinity levels in tidal environments.N.H.
