Section Env-Wt 525.02 - Approval Criteria for Restoration/Enhancement Activities In addition to meeting the criteria established in Env-Wt 300, the department shall not approve an application for a restoration/ enhancement project unless the project:
(a) Meets the design and construction requirements specified in Env-Wt 525.04; and(b) Does not include unnatural stream channelization or conversion of wetlands to uplands.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wt 525.02
