Section Env-Wt 524.03 - Application Requirements for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Development Projects(a) The project-specific information required by Env-Wt 310.01(c)(1) or Env-Wt 311.03(b)(11), as applicable, for a residential, commercial, or industrial development project in non-tidal wetlands shall be as follows: (1) If the project includes components that are subject to multiple project-specific requirements in this chapter, a narrative statement and plan that describes: a. How each project-specific component meets the requirements of the applicable part in this chapter; andb. How the project as a whole impacts jurisdictional areas;(2) For all projects for which land will be subdivided, a plan prepared and stamped by a land surveyor licensed in the state of New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 310-A showing: a. Existing and proposed topography; andb. The location of all proposed lot lines;(3) For all projects for which land will be subdivided, the following clearly delineated on the plan required by (2), above:a. The boundaries of all wetlands and surface waters; andb. The footprint of all proposed impacts;(4) For minor and major projects requiring subdivision approval, wetlands classifications clearly indicated in accordance with Env-Wt 400 on the plan required by (2), above; and(5) For a project that is associated with one or more phases of a multi-phase subdivision, a project impact plan that also shows all wetlands on remaining property proposed for future phases of development.(b) Permits for subdivisions of 4 or more lots shall not be effective until the permittee records the permit with the appropriate registry of deeds and a copy of the registered permit has been received by the department.N.H.
