Section Env-Wt 523.03 - Application Requirements for Dredging Projects The project-specific information required by Env-Wt 310.01(c)(1) or Env-Wt 311.03(b)(11), as applicable, for a dredge project shall be as follows:
(a) A description of the material and area to be dredged, including: (1) The volume of material to be dredged, in cubic yards for projects in public waters;(2) The square footage of the area to be dredged for non-public waters or wetlands;(3) The type of material to be dredged; and(4) Whether any invasive species are present;(b) The erosion and sediment control measures proposed to be used;(c) The methods proposed to dewater the dredged material;(d) The location at which dewatering will occur;(e) The equipment proposed to perform the dredging;(f) The proposed disposal site;(g) Identification of all known potential sources of soil or water contamination;(h) If potential sources are documented in (g), above, the method of sampling for contaminants and a plan to manage contaminated materials;(i) A description of how dredged material will be contained during the dredging process; and(j) An explanation of the timing of the project and how such timing helps minimize impacts on aquatic resources.N.H.
