Section Env-Wt 520.02 - Approval Criteria for Forestry Projects In addition to meeting the criteria established in Env-Wt 300, the department shall not approve a forestry project unless the following criteria are met:
(a) The project is exclusively for the purpose of timber harvesting and forest management;(b) Skid trails and truck roads associated with the project are exclusively for the purpose of accessing viable tree stands and conducting forestry projects;(c) The project will be conducted in accordance with RSA 227-J, RSA 482-A, RSA 483, RSA 483-B, RSA 485-A, and RSA 212-A; and(d) The project will be conducted in accordance with the design and construction requirements specified in Env-Wt 520.04.N.H.
