Section Env-Wt 406.04 - Delineation of Water Courses
Water courses shall be delineated as follows:
(a) For perennial streams, by identifying on each side:(1) The limit of the bank; and(2) The ordinary high water mark on the bank; and(b) For intermittent streams, by the ordinary high water mark.
