Section Env-Wt 315.05 - Work During Emergencies Without Prior Authorization(a) Subject to (b), below, work without an SPN, registration, permit, or emergency authorization shall be allowed during a natural disaster if the work is strictly limited to that work necessary to mitigate an immediate threat or stabilize a property.(b) If work is done pursuant to (a), above, on private property, the owner of the property where such work occurred, or the property owner's agent, shall report the following information to the department as soon as practicable but no later than 30 days after commencing the work:(1) The name of the property owner and the address of the property where the emergency work will be done;(2) The name and daytime telephone number including area code of the individual reporting the information, and, if available, an e-mail address and fax number for that individual;(3) A description of the need for the work done on an emergency basis; and(4) A description of what work was done and when the work began and was completed.(c) If work is done pursuant to (a), above, on public infrastructure, the public agency shall report the following information to the department as soon as practicable but no later than 10 working days after commencing the work:(1) The name of the public agency and the name and daytime telephone number including area code of a contact individual, and, if available, an e-mail address and fax number for that individual;(2) An explanation of why the work had to be done without first filing for an SPN, registration, permit, or emergency authorization;(3) Identification of the location and type of work done on an emergency basis; and(4) The date when the work began and the date when the work was completed.N.H.
