Section Env-Wt 314.01 - Acceptance of Standard Permit A standard permit shall:
(a) Be signed by the permittee and the principal contractor who will build or install the project prior to start of construction; and(b) Not be valid until signed as required by (a), above.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wt 314.01
