Section Env-Wt 312.02 - Administrative Completeness Determination(a) Upon receipt of an application, the department shall: (1) Determine whether the application is administratively complete; and(2) Proceed in accordance with RSA 482-A:3, XIV(a)(1), as reprinted in Appendix C.(b) An application shall be determined to be administratively complete if:(1) The application form required by Env-Wt 311.03(b)(1) is complete and signed as required;(2) The correct fee is submitted with the application;(3) The application package contains all information, plans, maps, and other attachments required by Env-Wt 311.03(b)(3)-(12), as applicable; and(4) The application package contains compensatory mitigation plans as required in Env-Wt 312.03 and Env-Wt 312.04.N.H.
