Section Env-Wt 308.08 - Conditions for SPNs All work done pursuant to an SPN shall be subject to the following conditions:
(a) The work shall be done in compliance with all applicable conditions in Env-Wt 307;(b) Any work done in shoreland covered by RSA 483-B, the comprehensive water quality protection act, shall comply with all applicable conditions established therein; and(c) All SPN projects shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable BMPs.N.H.
