Section Env-Wt 105.02 - Access to Files(a) Any person may request to review one or more files of the department pertaining to the department's activities under RSA 482-A during normal working hours.(b) Upon receipt of a request to review a file pursuant to (a), above, the department shall proceed in accordance with RSA 91-A:4.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wt 105.02
