Section Env-Wt 104.20 - Significant function wetland"Significant function wetland" means a wetland:
(a) Having moderate to high characteristics as determined using a recognized and scientifically-defensible functional wetland assessment method or best available science; or(b) Providing significant public benefit due to hydrologic integrity, water quality, or habitat functions, or any combination thereof.N.H.
