Section Env-Ws 901.12 - Issuance, Display, and Duration of Certificates
(a) The department shall issue to the applicant a certificate designating the grade of treatment for which the operator is qualified upon determining that:
(1) The applicant possesses the minimum education and experience requirements for the specified grade;
(2) The applicant passed the written examination for the specified grade; and
(3) No evidence has been presented to the committee that would constitute grounds for suspending, revoking, or refusing to renew a certification as specified in Env-Ws 901.16.
(b) The certificate shall be prominently displayed in the office of the wastewater treatment plant at which the operator is employed.
(c) As specified in RSA 485-A:7-c, I, a certificate issued pursuant to these rules shall be valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.
