Section Env-Ws 373.14 - Water Supply Quality(a) Prior to the end of the pumping test, the water system owner shall take a water sample from each source and have the sample analyzed for quality by a laboratory accredited for the analysis requested. Results from unaccredited laboratories shall not be accepted. Samples shall be taken after the well has been flushed and near the completion of any pumping test or other means for determining the well's projected safe yield. Dip samples from wells shall not be acceptable.(b) Special containers and sampling techniques shall be required for those sources which will supply non-community water systems as specified in Env-Ws 320 through Env-Ws 329.(c) Water quality for NTNCwater systems shall meet the applicable standards established in Env-Ws 310 through Env-Ws 316 or shall be capable of meeting these standards with approved treatment. The submitted analysis shall have been performed within the previous 6 months by a state certified water lab.(d) Proposedtransient non-community water systems shall sample for: (e) Subject to (f), below, the water system owner shall submit results of laboratory analyses to the department as originals or photostatic copies of the original laboratory report. Re-typing or re-writing the data shall not be acceptable.(f) The water system owner may have the results submitted directly to the department by the laboratory. If the laboratory submits results directly, the results shall be submitted in the same format as results on existing water systems .N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Ws 373.14
