Section Env-Ws 372.01 - Purpose; Authority

(a) AsrequiredbyRSA 485:8, all proposals to establish or expand a public water system shall be submitted to the department for review and approval before construction.

(b) The purpose of this partisto specify design criteria for smallcommunitywatersystems.
