Section Env-Ws 343.10 - Bottled Water and Point-of-Use Devices(a) The department shall require a public water system to provide bottled water or point-of-use devices or other means of response as a condition for granting an exemption from the requirements of Env-Ws 312 through Env-Ws 316.(b) Public water systems that use bottled water as a condition of obtaining an exemption shall meet the requirements specifiedin Env-Ws 308.(c) Public water systems that use point-of-use devices as a condition for receiving an exemption shall meet the requirements specified in Env-Ws 308.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Ws 343.10
