Section Env-Ws 304.07 - Lead, Copper, and Corrosion Testing(a) Each system shall retain records of lead and copper samples and corrosion measurements until the records are at least 12 years old.(b) Lead, copper, and corrosion testingrecords shall include the following information: (1) Date, place, and context of the sample; and(2) Date and results of analyses.(c) Data shall also be maintained concerning the types and concentrations of chemical treatments.(d) Records of lead service line replacement shall not be destroyed if they are less than 10 years old.N.H.
