Section Env-Wq 903.07 - Application Processing(a) Upon receipt of an application, the department shall review the application to determine whether the application is complete.(b) Except as provided in (e), below, if the application is not complete the department shall notify the applicant in writing of what is needed to complete the application.(c) Upon notifying an applicant that the application is not complete, the department shall suspend further processing of the application pending receipt of the information missing from the application.(d) No portion of the time between the date a notice is provided pursuant to (b), above, or (e), below, and the date the applicant responds shall be included in computing the time limits specified in RSA 541-A:29 for processing the application.(e) The department shall notify the applicant by telephone in lieu of providing a written notice pursuant to (b), above, if: (1) The anticipated time required of the applicant to supply the missing information is less than the anticipated time required of the department to notify the applicant in writing; and(2) The department is able to contact the applicant by telephone.N.H.
