Section Env-Wq 710.03 - Equalization Tank: Aeration and Mixing(a) Aeration or mechanical mixing equipment shall be provided to maintain adequate mixing, using corner fillets and hopper bottoms with draw-offs to alleviate the accumulation of sludge and grit.(b) Aeration equipment shall be provided to maintain a minimum of 0.5 mg/L of dissolved oxygen in the mixed basin contents at all times, with an air supply that is isolated from other WWTP aeration requirements to facilitate process aeration control.N.H.
