Section Env-Wq 705.06 - Sewage Pumping Station Design Requirements: Potable Water Restrictions and Protection(a) Where potable water is used for pump sealing purposes, the potable water supply shall be protected by a break tank or reduced pressure zone back flow preventer.(b) Water ejectors connected to a potable water supply shall be prohibited.(c) All floor and walkway surfaces shall slope to a point of discharge.(d) Connections between raw, partially treated, or fully treated sewage and potable water shall be prohibited unless adequate backflow prevention equipment is installed.N.H.
