Section Env-Wq 1511.12 - Proximity to Natural Resources

When the contributing drainage area to any surface water of the state includes an area of disturbance as determined by Env-Wq 1511.02, there shall be an undisturbed buffer of 25 feet or greater from the limits of the area of disturbance to surface waters of the state, and wetlands as defined in RSA 482-A.
