Section Env-Wq 1508.16 - Pretreatment Practices: Deep Sump Catch Basins Deep sump catch basins shall comply with the following:
(a) The contributing area shall not exceed 0.25 acres of impervious area;(b) The distance from the bottom of the outlet pipe to the bottom of the catch basin shall be at least 4 feet;(c) The diameter of the catch basin shall be at least 4 feet; and(d) A hooded outlet pipe shall be provided that extends at least one foot below the bottom of the outlet pipe.N.H.
