Section Env-Wq 1305.03 - Non-Emergency Response Plan(a) If an infestation does not qualify as a small new infestation per Env-Wq 1305.01, the department shall develop a plan in consultation with interested stakeholders, including affected municipalities and lake associations, to address the infestation as a non-emergency response.(b) The department shall implement any portion of the plan developed pursuant to (a), above, that calls for department action.N.H.
