Section Env-Wq 1115.01 - Purpose The purpose of this part is to:
(a) Implement RSA 485-A:26, IV relative to equivalent municipal programs of sampling and analysis; and(b) Establish a process whereby municipalities may voluntarily establish inspection programs that are equivalent to the department's so as to have more direct oversight of the municipality's own PBFs, and, if desired, the other PBFs within the municipality.N.H.
