Section Env-WMC 203.12 - Communications with the Council(a) All communications with the council shall be filed in accordance with Env-WMC 203.09 and shall identify the name and address of the communicator and the subject matter of the communication.(b) No person shall submit any documents or exhibits or otherwise communicate any information which pertains either directly or indirectly to the subject matter of a pending appeal directly to any member of the council, other than at a hearing or pre-hearing conference for which all parties have been given notice in accordance with these rules.(c) Any member of the council who receives any direct communication from any person which pertains directly or indirectly to the subject matter of a pending appeal shall, at the next council meeting, inform the council on the record of the improper communication and submit a copy of the same or, if the communication was made orally, relate the substance of the communication to the council on the record.(d) No information shall be considered as evidence or made part of the record of an appeal before the council unless the information is introduced as evidence in accordance with Env-WMC 205.
