Section Env-WC 202.07 - Signatures(a) Every document filed with the council that is not related to an appeal shall be signed by the individual submitting the document or, if the document is filed on behalf of an entity, by a duly-authorized representative of the entity.(b) Every document filed with the council that relates to an appeal, including any notice of appeal, motion, petition, brief, memorandum, or other document, but not including exhibits submitted at a hearing, shall be signed by the participant who files the document or by the representative of that participant who has filed an appearance in accordance with Env-WC 203.06.(c) The signature on a document filed with the council shall constitute a certification that: (1) The signer has read the document;(2) The signer is authorized to file it;(3) To the best of the signer's knowledge, information, and belief, there are good grounds to support it; and(4) The document has not been filed for purposes of delay or harassment.N.H.
