Section Env-Sw 303.12 - Notice to Department of Justice

Applicants required pursuant to Env-Sw 316.02(a) to provide information to the NHDOJ for background investigation purposes shall provide, with the information, a notice of filing containing the information specified in Env-Sw 303.05(e).
