Section Env-Sw 1610.01 - Issuance of Certificates The department shall issue:
(a) An assistant operator certificate to each individual who takes basic training but does not take or does not pass the examination;(b) A principal operator certificate to each individual who takes basic training and passes the examination; and(c) A renewal certificate to each operator who renews their certification in accordance with Env-Sw 1611.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Sw 1610.01
