Section Env-Or 810.04 - Recordation of Notice of Approved Remedial Action Plan(a) As required by RSA 147-F:12, VI, upon receipt of the notice of approved remedial action plan the program participant shall record the notice in the registry of deeds for the county in which the property is located, subject to Env-Or 808.01 or Env-Or 808.02, if applicable.(b) The program participant shall submit a copy of the recorded notice to the department within 60 days of recordation.N.H.
