Section Env-Or 703.09 - Application Fee(a) As authorized by RSA 485-C:4, VI, the applicant shall submit a fee of $2,500 with the permit application.(b) If paid by check or money order, the instrument shall be made payable to "Treasurer - State of NH."(c) State and local government including counties and other political subdivisions of New Hampshire shall be exempt from the fee specified in (a), above.N.H.
